Cross-country running is a sport in which teams and individuals race on open-air courses over natural terrain. It is both an individual and a team sport; runners are judged on individual times and teams by a points-scoring method.
Boys and Girls Cross Country (Grades 1-8): Come out and run with a fun, competitive program! Practice begins in August; meets begin in mid-September. Our fall 2017 team (photos this page) had a great season, with the grand finale at the November championships!
