For hundreds of years, people across the church -- saints, clerics, religious and lay people -- have found spiritual strength and deep connection to Jesus by praying before the Blessed Sacrament. Pope Francis starts his day there; many people visit daily, weekly or whenever they want to be in the Presence of the Lord. Adoration is a powerful devotion.
Being in the presence of Our Lord, everything was clear.
I just “showed up.” He blessed my life, my work, and my family.
Praying in the Lord’s presence drew me closer to Christ,
gave me strength to deal with the circumstances of my daily life,
and provided me with opportunities to ask God to help my family and friends.
I was sitting with Jesus. Friend to friend.
I spoke to him more from my heart as I would to a friend.
That’s why I’m so excited about Adoration!

As Jesus is always present in the Tabernacle, Adoration is available whenever the church is open: 8 am to 3 pm weekdays, and before and after weekend Masses.
Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, in which the Blessed Sacrament is present on the altar, is held from 12:30 to 2:30 pm Tuesdays. Because the Sacrament may not be left unattended, volunteers are scheduled throughout Exposition. We are seeking volunteers to help us extend Exposition until 3:30 pm Tuesday.
