The choir is a group of non-professional musicians who support the assembly's singing and provide additional music at liturgies.
Members are not required to have prior musical training or be able to read music. All that is necessary is a strong desire to serve the Lord and His people through song. We sing, support and socialize with each other and perfect our musical skills, too!
The group rehearses in the church from 7:30 to 9 p.m. every Tuesday, September to June. The choir sings the first and third Sunday of each month, usually at the 11:30 a.m. Sunday Mass, and at all the special yearly liturgies.
We also bring our music ministry to local nursing homes once or twice annually and participate in any parish social/musical celebrations when requested. Members are always willing to assist others' transportation needs.
